Hi, I’m Dr. Leen Awad.
Board-certified in internal medicine and lifestyle medicine. Primary care physician. Mom of two who spent a decade on the achievement treadmill before realizing the life I’d built looked perfect and felt hollow.
I’m not here to teach you how to be more productive. You already know how to work hard. That’s what got you here.
I’m here because somewhere along the way, the life you designed by default stopped fitting. And you’re too smart to keep pretending it does.
I help high-achieving women move from Default to Designed. Using my 3R Method (Reclaim, Redesign, Release) and Designed Life Audit, we rebuild your life around what actually matters to you - not what your training, your title, or other people’s expectations told you should matter.

How we get you from Default to Designed
Step 1: Reclaim
First thing we do is your Designed Life Audit. It's like a full workup, but for your life. We look at where you're running on autopilot, where the gap is between what you built and what you actually want, and what you've been tolerating because you thought you had to. Most clients say this step alone changes how they see everything.
Step 2: Redesign
We rebuild. Your schedule, your priorities, your health, your boundaries, your next chapter. From your own values, with a physician’s understanding of what sustainable change actually looks like in a body and a brain. This is the architecture phase - where your life starts to match what you truly want.
Step 3: Release
You stop holding everything. You put it down. And instead of everything falling apart (which is what you've believed your whole life would happen) you discover something wild. You get carried. There's a version of your life where you're not the one pushing through every single day. Where you exhale and things still work. Where you trust yourself enough to loosen your grip. My clients always think Release is going to be the scary step. It's actually the one that brings them more relief than they imagined was possible.
Why I built this
I spent over a decade in medicine. Board-certified in internal medicine. Then lifestyle medicine. Married to another physician. Two kids. On paper, we had it all figured out.
But I was running on a life someone else designed. The schedule was punishing. The identity was borrowed. And the version of "success" I was chasing had been handed to me, not chosen by me.
So I did what I do. I studied. I audited my entire life the way I’d work up a complex patient. I found the gaps. I built systems. I redesigned.
The 3R Method came out of that process. It’s what I used on myself. It’s what I now use with every client. And it works because it doesn’t ask you to hustle harder or think more positively. It asks you to tell the truth about what you want and then build the life that matches.
I’m not a life coach who stumbled into wellness. I’m a physician who realized the most important diagnosis I ever made was my own.
The Default Keeps Running
If nothing changes?
Another year passes. Same exhaustion. Same Sunday dread. Same quiet conversation with yourself where you wonder, "Is this really it?" The life keeps looking good from the outside. And you keep shrinking to fit inside it.
What Happens When You DO
What’s on the other side?
You wake up and the day ahead feels like yours. You make decisions from clarity, not guilt. Your calendar reflects your priorities, not everyone else’s. You stop performing your life and start living it. Because you finally designed your one precious life on purpose.
She Evolves
Every Tuesday I send one email to women who are done living on autopilot. It's the conversation you wish you could have with a friend who also happens to be a physician. I share what I'm learning, what I'm unlearning, and what my clients are waking up to in real time. It’s short. No five-step frameworks you'll never open again. Just one honest question or idea that follows you around for the rest of the week. Over 1000 women read it every Tuesday morning before the rest of their life starts talking. You should be one of them.
